  1. How do I order?

  To order your meals please ring Conessa on 1300 112 112. Or click here to order online.

  2. When do I have to make an order for delivery?

  Please ensure that your orders are placed by 12 noon on the day before delivery.
Note: you do not have to place an advanced order if you are picking up from Conessa.

  3. Do you add any preservatives to your meals?

  NO.
Because all our meals are frozen, there is no need to add any preservatives. Freezing does preserve the meals.

  4. Do you put any additives in your meals?

  NO.
We do not put any additives in our meals. However certain food we buy to use as ingredients such as tomato sauce, soy sauce, cream etc. contain certain additives. They are all listed in the ingredients list on this website.

  5. How do I pay for my meals?

  Cash, cheque or credit card at the time of pickup or delivery. We accept Bankcard, Mastercard, and Visa. Sorry we do not accept American Express or Diners Club Cards.

  6. When can I get a delivery?

   We deliver Monday to Friday. However we are in different areas on different days, when placing your order please check for delivery times for your area.
An order needs to be place by 12 noon on the day before delivery.  

  7. Is there a contract or scheme involved?

   No there is not. You are free to order whatever and whenever you like. Note: For delivery, a minimum order of $38 is required and a delivery fee of $5.50 applies.
